In this the third installment of Metal Gear, Snake is back to his old tricks again. But, this time he's up against his old comrades, Foxhound. It appears as if Foxhound has become corrupt and it's up to Snake to stop them. Foxhound has taken over an alaskan missile base. The world is now their hostage, and Snake is the only one who can stop them.
The game itself looks brilliant. I havn't seen such beatifully rendered backrounds since Square's Final Fantasy 7. Metal Gear Solid looks to be the best of the series yet.
